Fabrication Process
The workshop
TECA installed the workshop for the fabrication of the UV Bucket on the piece of land next to Niparaja’s office, which we started renting in June of 2006
The entire workshop was built by a local metalworker (Carlos Cota Gutierrez, local name “El Gato”), which included both the structure and the tables for the assembly line of the UV bucket. One of Niparaja’s expert on forestry obtained native trees from the Baja Peninsula (Palo de Arco) at the nursery of the forestry department and they were planted along the fence of the workshop along with Bougainvilleas plants. |
